What we collect

Only what you choose to send us when you call, email, use a quote form or use the chat box: your name, phone number and the details of your job.

Quote forms and the chat box send your message to Nick by email through Web3Forms, a form-handling service, which passes it on to us. Web3Forms processes your details only to deliver the message. See web3forms.com/privacy.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, give you an estimate and carry out any work you ask for. We don’t sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn’t set cookies of its own and doesn’t run advertising trackers. With your permission, it uses Google Analytics (GA4) to count visits and see which pages are used. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, your approximate location and your device type. It is switched off until you press Accept on the banner. If you press Decline, or ignore it, no analytics cookies are set.

You can change your mind at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Google’s privacy information is at policies.google.com/privacy.

The EICR checker runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type into it is sent to us.

The Google reviews on this website are fetched from Google when the site is built. Visiting our pages does not send your details to Google for this. Links to Google (for example “Leave a review”) take you to Google, which has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). Email us and we’ll help.
